軸承零件的常規(guī)清洗方法有刷洗、浸洗、噴淋清洗或高壓噴洗等,相關的因素主要是有清洗液的性能及使用要求、工件的結構、尺寸、重量和材料以及批量大小、清洗作業(yè)場所的勞動安全及環(huán)保要求等。但對清潔度要求甚高的軸承而言,這些清洗方法的效果都不夠理想,而超聲波清洗作為一種優(yōu)良的新工藝,已在軸承行業(yè)越來越得到重視。

就軸承成品清洗工藝和清洗裝置,基于清洗系統(tǒng)設計基礎和實際需求,確定了以超聲波清洗和噴淋清洗為清洗方式的軸承成品典型清洗工藝流程:退磁→初噴淋→超聲波清洗→精噴淋→風刀吹凈→二次吹凈→熱風烘干。

根據(jù)清洗工藝流程,清洗裝置的機械結構設計采用機械臂手由PLC的控制系統(tǒng),實現(xiàn)了裝置的手動及全自動控制,不需要隨軸承大小改變作調整的定位裝置,實現(xiàn)準確定位。在超聲清洗、精噴淋和二次吹凈三個主要的清洗工位,設計了旋轉機構,保證了清洗的充分性。
